3. Centralized feeding has pipeline cleaning. At the end of each transfer process, the cleanliness of the material transfer lines is very important. In particular, the raw materials being transported have strong hygroscopicity, which can realize rapid and trouble-free replacement of raw materials, and avoid material blocking during long-distance vertical pipeline transportation.
4. Dry air is used for centralized feeding. The air lost during transportation can be compensated by dry air. Maintain a certain temperature of the raw material to ensure that the raw material will not absorb moisture again.
5. Centralized feeding has PEC multi-point control, LCD touch screen man-machine interface setting and display, very convenient to operate. The centralized feeding has multi-point monitoring of the whole system, and the sound and light alarm is abnormal at any time and the abnormal point is displayed on the LCD screen.
